Warranty

Unless specified, a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from one year to 10 years will apply on all products. Should the goods prove to be defective within this period, Uplifting Solutions will, at its discretion and provided that the damage is not due to use or misuse of the goods or from fair wear and tear, replace or repair defective goods free of charge. The goods must be returned to us at our location and proof of purchase must also be provided.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclusive of Good and Services Tax (GST). We try to make sure that prices and specifications appearing on the website are current; however, if mistakes occur we reserve the right to correct them after verification: all information is subject to change without notice.
In all cases, we will confirm customer orders and pricing before shipping.

Delivery

Delivery fees are based mainly on the weight of item(s) ordered and the destination.

Returns and Credits - Business Customers

The following policy criteria below apply to ALL RETURNS, including those that may have been damaged during shipping.

  • A business customer is defined as any organisation that purchases from Upliftng Solutions Pty Ltd using an Australian Business Number.
  • All returned products must be received by us in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all packaging.
  • All returns or requests for credit incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • After inspection to ensure the product is returned in original and working condition, refunds or credits are issued within 7 days of product receipt.
  • Any credit given is entirely at Uplifting Solutions discretion after inspection of goods.
  • Shipping cost for returns is at the customer’s expense.
  • Credits will not be issued for products that are soiled, damaged, missing parts, not in original packaging or returned outside 30 days of delivery.

Please note custom made, custom configured or upholstered products are NOT RETURNABLE.

Lead times

Next day or same week for those products that are in stock.
Cleo chairs for example are always in stock.
Other items are generally three weeks from order.
Workstations are three to four weeks from order.
