Saddle chairs help you to maintain an upright posture when sitting. Feet are placed flat on the floor at a greater width than conventional seating. The weight of the legs is taken through the feet; the upper body is stabilized accordingly. The pelvis is held securely in a natural position.
The Winbex saddle seat provides all the natural postural advantages of a saddle seat at a very inexpensive price. The seat pan can be angle adjusted as well as height adjusted. The saddle itself is elongated and minimises discomfort sometimes associated with a "new" sitting position.
Note, as with most saddle seats, the Winbex is provided with a slightly higher gas lift than conventional office chairs. If you intend to use the saddle chair at an existing office desk, please check the specifications and that the height will be suitable for you. If required, the Winbex saddle chair can be configured with a different height gas strut at additional cost, call us for details.
